TSM - 10th Annual Informational Meeting January 18, 2012
TEAMSurvivor Madison, Inc. will host its tenth annual social gathering Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the UW Health Research Park Clinic (621 Science Drive Madison, WI 53711). Attendees learn about 2012 programs, reunite with members and meet new friends. The event is open to the public and showcases TEAMSurvivor Madison, Inc. Berbee Derby - Thanksgiving Morning
TSM will once again have a team for the Thanksgiving Day tradition. It’s a 5k run/walk or a 10k run. If you wish to receive the t-shirt with the TEAMSurvivor Madison team name, select, “Join a Team” when you register and find TEAMSurvivor Madison in the list. Year End Celebration - November 9, 2011

Potluck details: TSM will provide plates, napkins, cups, utensils and beverages. Please bring a potluck dish to share according to the first letter of your last name as follows:

O - U: dessert
V - Z: bread
**Don't forget to bring a serving utensil for your dish.
